Technical Advisory Committee

The State Housing Board is required to "consult with and obtain the advice of an advisory committee on residential and nonresidential structures in the drafting and promulgation of rules." The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) fulfills this statutory requirement and is made up of nineteen members appointed by the Director of the Division of Housing. Reference Colorado Revised Statute 24-32-3305(3)(a).

The TAC meets twice monthly via Zoom to discuss implementation of Senate Bill 25-002, Regional Building Codes for Factory-Built Structures (SB 25-002) and other administrative rule changes to 8 Code of Colorado Regulations (CCR) 1302-14.
