Funding Opportunity for 2026 Homeownership Scattered-Site Programs
DOH is continuing its initiative to provide financing for developers for scattered-site homeownership programs. This NOFA is designed to provide a more flexible application pathway for agencies implementing scattered-site homeownership models.
Overview
The Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), through its Division of Housing (DOH), Office of Housing Finance and Sustainability (OHFS) is soliciting applications for its Scattered-Site Homeownership Program. This program will provide funding to entities working in various jurisdictions for the acquisition and development of homeownership opportunities across the state. The State of Colorado is committed to increasing homeownership opportunities through Proposition 123.
